Angele Bakes is a small batch, Public Health approved commercial bakery committed to creating decadent, expertly crafted and designed baked goods with exceptional attention to detail, quality and taste! In order to maintain our high standards, we only accept a limited number of orders.
Pre-Order Collections
Pre-orders are accepted, processed and paid for through our online store. Once pre-orders opens and the online store has been updated with the options for the latest pre-order collection, simply explore the options, select your favorites, place them in your cart, proceed to checkout and make your secured payment.
Custom & Corporate Orders
Angele Bakes receives a significant number of custom order requests daily. When an order and pick up date is reserved for you, we decline other orders and/or need to order specific supplies and ingredients for your selected options/order. Given the high demand for custom orders along with our limited capacity, all custom and corporate orders are not confirmed until full payment is received. Once a quote is provided and payment is requested, payment must be made within 48 hours—no exceptions will be allowed! If payment isn’t received within 48 hours your request will be considered canceled, and we will contact someone from our waitlist.
Pre-Order Collection Pick-Ups
We understand the importance of planning. We provide advanced notice for each pre-order pick-up date(s) and times along side each pre-order collection launch date. If you are unable to pick up your order on the date and within the pick up times, please take this into consideration before placing an order or ensure someone can pick up your order on your behalf. We are unable to accommodate days or hours outside of the posted pre-order dates and times. No exceptions! Enforcing our posted pick-up dates and times ensures we can meet our business and operational requirements while also respecting our time off and family time. Orders not picked up or forgotten will not be refunded.
Custom & Corporate Order Pick-Up
Angele Bakes operates exclusively by appointment. Therefore, the scheduled pick-up date and time will be included in your quote and order confirmation. We will reach out via email one to two days prior to confirm your pick-up date and time. Given we often have a few pick ups scheduled per day and orders are prepared fresh same day, early or late pick ups cannot be accommodated without minimum 24 hours advance notice. Although we will do our best to change the agreed upon pick up time, it may not always be possible given daily operations on the given day. If you arrive outside your pick up window without advanced notice, we cannot guarantee someone will be available or that your order will be ready.
Knowing your exact pick up time is essential for several reasons:
~ It ensures your order is ready when you arrive.
~ It ensures someone is available when you arrive.
~ It allows us sufficient time to chill your order and prepare it for transport. We suggest choosing a time a minimum of two hours before you intend to serve your items to ensure your order has time to return to room temperature.
Orders not picked up or forgotten will not be refunded.
All of our items are packaged in beautiful and sturdy boxes and can be safely transported to your destination.
Baked items and desserts are delicate and temperature sensitive. You are responsible for transporting your desserts to your destination safely. We are not responsible once an order leaves our premises.
Desserts should never be left in a warm, hot or humid vehicle as components such as chocolate and buttercream will melt. Please ensure your vehicle is well air conditioned when picking up your order.
Desserts should never be placed on car seats or surfaces that are not level.
Keep the boxes upright and on a flat surface.
Do not tip the box or the items may tip or lean over.
Do not leave desserts outdoors, in your vehicle or in direct sunlight in warm, hot or humid weather as components such as chocolate, buttercream, royal icing will melt.
Angele Bakes understands that plans can change and we will gladly assist to the best of our ability when possible.
If you are cancelling your order over 7 days of your pick up date, we will cancel and refund your order minus any special order items such as cake toppers, cake charms and/or specialty items and decorations ordered specifically for your order.
If you are cancelling your order 6 days or less of your pick up date, no refund will be issued.
Changes to orders should be requested as soon as possible. Updated pricing for any changes will be provided and payment will be required to confirm the changed options if we have availability and are not already at order capacity.
Changes cannot be accommodated within 7 days of your pick up date.
